Presently, Ellyn holds the designation of "CUSTOMER RELATIONS MASTER" from Home Address, an international association with the goals of providing education and recognition of customer service professionals. This prestigious designation is held by less than 25 customer service professionals nationally.
She is the author of two books: "The Welcome Home Guide" and "The Homeowner’s Maintenance Manual."
