Service Software would like to announce the release of Punchlist Manager.NET™ version 3.5.1. This new release contains several changes and improvements to our award-winning warranty management system.

Top 10 Changes/Improvements for version 3.50
• Added: The 3.51 version release for Quality Control – Report at job level now includes a box for deficiencies and or exceptions.
• Added: The 3.51 Version release for Quality Control – Report at the job level now shows the staff & owner signature text.
• Fixed: When a Power User adds a vendor, the site list is not visible, so the vendor cannot be added. Please make the Site Selection available for Power Users when adding Vendors.
• Fixed: The notification Call on the homeowner portal "when they click" submitted requests, sends emails to staff and supervisor now.
• Added: When you accept the vendor changes for completing work, it should display a message "Would you like to Close the Item?", and if it is the last item to be completed when saved it should .. "Tell you that this is the last item to be closed on the list, and the list has been closed with the work completed date"
• Fixed: Management was misspelled.
• Added: Add a Flag on the Company Setup - Settings that will turn off on the service request report the - Information displayed for Scheduled for review Date, time and Duration.
• Added: When an Item is stamped that it was emailed or faxed we add the time it was sent to the date on the action take please.
• Added: Add two separator lines on the work order & work order by trade in the homeowner section between primary contact info, Secondard contact info, and address info, it is difficult to read.
• Other miscellaneous bug fixes.

There were issues reported that can be fixed by clearing your temporary internet files folder, and making sure that the client side changes have been applied to each system that will be using Punchlist Manager.NET™.

Upgrades will begin August 8th and will continue for two weeks, by which time we would like to have all of our clients on the latest release.

These are only the beginning of the enhancements and changes that will be coming in the months ahead. We use your feedback to improve upon the application you have come to know and trust for your warranty needs.
