Dear Valued Customer,

Service Software would like to announce the release of Punchlist Manager.NET™ Version 4.3.2. This release contains several changes and improvements to our award-winning warranty management system. 

Enhancements:
• Added floor plan name to Data Export on Jobs and Items under Utilities
• Job Portal, allow Site specific text above the request text box

Bug Fixes:
• Customer Name/Address from Site level not displaying properly on dashboard, portal, logo's, etc.
• Job custom fields not displaying properly.
• Vendor selection with criteria and data criteria on item data export.
• Save as New button on Mail Merge Template not functioning properly

PLEASE NOTE: There were bugs reported that can be fixed by clearing your temporary internet files folder, and making sure that the client side changes have been applied to each workstation that will be using Punchlist Manager.NET™.

You will also want to add your Punchlist Manager.NET™ site to the "Trusted Sites" Zone in internet explorer to keep some features from being blocked by a Microsoft update.

The upgrade will be completed the night of September 5, 2008.

These are only the beginning of the enhancements and changes that will be coming in the months ahead. We use your feedback to improve upon the application you have come to know and trust for your warranty needs.
